Ah I was going to guess FIAT based on the logo, but they look pretty dang similar. I guess I never finished the thought. An older model from my archives:

My guess is based on the russian plated car next to it. The 2101 is a badge engineered Fiat
124 anyway, but i don’t know if they were sold under both names in all regions
